During Time-Out: You cannot make any purchases or play games. However, you can log in to view account details.

Cancelling: Time-outs once set cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the timeout period to elapse.

🚫 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclude for a longer break with options ranging from 1 month to 1 year.

During Self-Exclusion: You will not be able to log into your account or access any activities.

Before taking action: Once Self-Exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has ended.

Post Self-Exclusion: We will not email you to reactivate your account. Your account will remain closed until you contact us. A 24-hour waiting period will apply once you request reactivation.

Important: Do not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering new accounts. This may result in a permanent ban. We recommend unfollowing our social media channels during self-exclusion.

🎯 What Happens to My Virtual Currency?

We advise you to redeem any prize (subject to Sweepstakes Rules) from your Customer Account before requesting self-exclusion or account closure.

If you fail to do so, we will manually redeem any prize to your designated payment method. If you do not have a payment method saved, we will reach out to collect your bank details.

Your account will remain inactive during self-exclusion. Refunds or transfers of Gold Coins are not permitted.

Important: Any Gold Coins or Sweepstakes Coins balances will expire after 60 days of inactivity on the account. During self-exclusion, you should not enter any competitions and will not be permitted to win any prizes.
